More and more Americans are using Acupuncture!

Excerpt from The Wall Street Journal:
In a 2007 survey, 3.2 million Americans had undergone acupuncture in the past year—up from 2.1 million in 2001, according to the government's National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine.
The most common uses are for chronic pain conditions like arthritis, lower back pain and headaches, as well as fatigue, anxiety and digestive problems, often when conventional medicine fails... it's relatively inexpensive and covered by some insurers.

My thoughts:
This latest article in the Wall Street Journal brings to the public knowledge many truths about acupuncture that for those involved in the field already know.
Needless to say, it's great to see that Holistic Medicines such as acupuncture are getting further recognition in the mainstream media as valid paths to health and wellness.
